At OU Merch, refunds are only offered if the product is damaged. Our policy lasts for 14 days from the date your purchase was delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after 14 days.

If your product is damaged, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, including photos of the damaged item. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds & Exchanges
If a replacement is available, we will send it out at no extra charge. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the damaged item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
OU Merch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided during your order. We will confirm delivery details (address, date, tracking, and carrier information) for you to investigate with the shipping provider.
